The staff is very kind and helpful. The wifi was a bit annoying to set up, but it is secure at least.
Place is clean, bright and well designed. Parking is underground and plenty full with closr access to the lobby. Front desk staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I would stay here again if I was doing anything at John Hopkins University.
I usually stay at Marriott Hotels for idk whatever reason but my stay at this DoubleTree has single handedly made me a Hilton believer. Frei & Dierra are amazing, by far the best staff I’ve ever met at any hotel and I’ve stayed at hundreds of different ones! Overall great people, you won’t regret staying here. The cookies are really good too
This is a great and homely place to stay at. For me the best part is the staff, Frei & Dierra are the absolute best people in the world! They’re so friendly and kind, great to always see their smiles in the lobby. I love them so much, I will definitely be staying here in the future
