The Inn at Cemetery Hill is a gem in the heart of Gettysburg. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The Inn claims to be pet friendly, and that is an understatement! This was our first vacation with our puppy, Minnie. Every staff member from reception to maintenance was kind and welcoming to us and Minnie, who received treats every time we walked in or out of the inn. I was really looking forward to visiting Gettysburg, but The Inn at Cemetery Hill was a huge letdown. The entire place feels incredibly outdated — like it hasn’t been updated in decades. The bed was one of the worst I’ve ever slept on: lumpy, squeaky, and uncomfortable. The towels were thin and scratchy, more like sandpaper than something you’d want to use after a shower. Located in the heart of this Historic town, plenty of things to see (Jenny Wade House), do (Ghost Tours), or eat (Hoof Fin & Fowl, The Blue & The Grey) within walking distance, this is our 2nd stay here and we WILL be back!
