I love staying here. Rustic, eclectic, and homey feeling. Has great views from the balcony and a nice, quiet garden to walk through in the back. I absolutely love this place!

The wonderful people who stay there are treated like family,not pretentious, and the atmosphere is so welcoming.The history of this lovely old hotel is interesting and you feel you are part of its heritage. people keep returning and request the special themed rooms. so worth a visit!

Historic place to stay, in many ways. Sure it's over 120 years old and in someways it feels like it and yet it holds that historic "charm". If you are looking for the most modern place, this isn't it. But if you want a unique place with some history and charm that's been visited by many a guest (or apparently miners) over time this is your place.
