I hate to leave a poor review, but enough is enough. When I moved into IQ, I was told that the construction would be done in 2 weeks. It's been 6 months, and it's still not done. The building is poorly constructed. Our unit has had 2 leaks, the fire alarm has gone off more than 10 times, there have been several car break ins and a couple of residential unit break ins as well. The carpets in the hallways are constantly dirty with pet urine and crap. Today is Christmas Eve and the fire alarm is going off. It has been since 7:30 a.m. This is by far the worst experience I've ever had with a rental property. I would encourage everyone to avoid living here.

Do you love fire alarms going off for hours? How about leaking roofs (to the point you have to put your furniture on cinder blocks) and after 3 weeks it's still not fixed? What about cockroaches and ants? No? Maybe faulty gates and your car getting broke into! Top all this off with sky high rent prices and it's truly a winning combination. If you love these things as much as me then Inman Quarter is the place for you!
