They are two of the best dentists in my knowledge. They honestly discuss and educate me about my treatment and options of payment. I'm very comfortable with both doctors because they listen and care about my wellness. I had serous problems with my teeth (because of genetic medical issues and not because I don't take care of my oral hygiene) but whenever I went to other doctors, they never tried to understand my problems. No, I couldn't wait to get out of it Was the dental equipment clean? Not really, it could have been much cleaner Was this dentist's staff friendly? Not Really Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? No, I felt confused and uneasy when I left

Their office looked neat, but I would not describe it as "exceptionally" clean. The staff is friendly, sometimes almost too friendly, where it borders on unprofessional. They are reasonably flexible about scheduling and encouraging a follow up appointment, while you are there in the office. However, I am quite frustrated with the phone system having problems on many occasions, also leaving a message is pretty useless if you actually wish to speak with someone.
