I had my first naturopathic appointment with Dr. Karrin Fairman-Young, who was professional and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, the experience was overshadowed by the receptionist. I arrived a few minutes late and didn't get a chance to complete the intake form beforehand. Instead of being understanding, the receptionist was noticeably unwelcoming and displayed a poor attitude right from the start. Finally had a chance to visit the clinic for a massage by one of their RMT’s, Prem Dhesi. One of the best massages I’ve had in a long time! Will be booking again soon. 5 stars all the way!
