Lived here for about a year and my experience was fantastic! The property managers Chelsey and Tracey are both super friendly and approachable. Most importantly, they are super responsive to emails and calls! I always received a response within the same day. The only issue I ever had with the building is that it is not pet friendly, had that not been the case we would have re-signed without a second thought.
We were very happy with the application and move-in process at Inletglen. Having worked in a property management and real estate company myself, everyone we communicated with, whether over the phone or in person, were very friendly and professional. In addition all emails were accepted and answered promptly. My only thing was we did not get our full showing of the building which we agreed to do the next day after move-in. My honest review after 4 yrs. 2022: The architecture of the building and interior design stood out! This is a rare find. Management is very responsive and professional, apartments are well built, all appliances are the best u can find, and most of all, the social room and its playground is magnificent. 2026: Sad that the management has changed to worse. Total lack of transparency and major communication issues. I spent days trying to get a straight answer on a unit, only for the manager to step in and admit the "leasing agent" I was dealing with was just an AI chatbot they had to turn off for causing confusion. Shifting terms and terrible management—look elsewhere.
