BEWARE Something has seriously changed for the worse with this business. Charged me $100 cash to mount and balance my 4 brand new tires. Guy was very shady. Originally discussed doing the job on Sunday morning, but he insisted on doing it right away. Stood out in rain for an hour and a half. Did not balance a single tire. Lied to me repeatedly, did not remove old weights, did not install new weights and said it was good. Unfortunately under new management! But NOT under the same quality that it used to have, bringing the piece of mine to the customer. Staff is running around, asking questions to one another about how to do the work.....in other words, Total Lack of Knowledge and/or simply proper training! Safety shall be also the priority of the service provided, but instead the kids working there dont even know the proper pressure (PSI) each tire needs, which can serious damage the ride and even cause accidents! Great service and prices! In and out for less than 15 minutes! He also do detailing as well! Ask for it!
All four of the tires Inlaws sold me should’ve been thrown out. They are all torn up, old (date said 2017), had dry rot, and two of them even had bubbles causing the car to shake. A complete rip off. No refund was given, they replaced ONE tire and I had to go somewhere else to replace the rest of the “tires” they sold me. Extremely disappointing experience and a waste of money.
These guys had the tires I needed at a price that I could afford when other shops did not. I really appreciate them and will definitely be returning when I need more tires. Thanks again Lewis. Lewis also runs a mobile tire service for people who can't make it to the shop. Look him up.
