The care I received was exceptional. The nurses and cna’s were very caring and extremely nice. The Drs were very informative and discussed my situation with me so I knew what they meant. And when I was discharged they gave me lots of info on what I needed to do and info on my care while I was there to give to my primary health providers on what they did and the medications I received while in their facility.
Had to visit the ER on Friday by ambulance due to a severe dog bite. The staff and nurses were outstanding. I was admitted, cleaned and stitched up quickly and had a follow-up visit on Sunday. Despite my circumstances, it was a great way to experience Inland Valley Medical!

The care you get at this hospital is close to excellent. Their quick, considerate, caring and very professional. I had no choose and had to go to ER. I was nervous due to the COVID-19 virus. As soon as the entrance door open Medical and security was there. They evaluated my situation and took me to a safer area. Started working on me ran test with safety precautions. Usually when you go to emergency it can take hours. Within 2 hours doctors were already diagnose. I had to be admitted. The medical staff was excellent.
After sitting in er all day was moved to a room in er, received absolutely no medical care or attendance for 2 hours. Finally moved to a room upstairs, I called for help from the nurse MULTIPLE TIMES and Vanessa never showed. I took 2 showers unattended. Finally I left ama, and then and only then she started jumping and finally was attentive but it was too late. Do NOT go here keep driving.
They took great care of me when I was there for four days.
