Great convenient CU, however having the tellers answer the phones and work the counter is a bit much! I hate walking in I’m at the counter and they stop helping me to answer the phone! Hey should have reps dedicated to just answering phone or route them to a call center. Hopefully you guys get an App soon as well!!
Took 15 minutes to cash 2 checks and I was the only one in there. They not only called to verify the checks that the checks were issued to me but charged me a fee to cash it �
They know my name and my family. They are always very personable. Excellent service.
