Everyone is great there... Except for Jerlene Dinnage, rude, abrupt and no people skills. Shes usually stowed away in a back office, which is the best place for her. (Otherwise there would be "0" stars. Tellers and management are wonderful, Dinnage makes DMV employees look like compassionate hospice nurses.

I love this credit union, been with them for years. They take care of you and are extremely friendly, they treat you like family. Marlén, Tracy and Kathy are amazing and extremely helpful! I will never bank with any bank, I will always choose my credit union who treats me like royalty.
I've been a Inland Valley FCU member ever since I was in elementary school and I've loved it ever since. I haven't had a reason to ever want to switch to another bank. I love Inland Valley FCU services and their super friendly and helpful staff!
I love this credit union! I changed banks about a year and half ago. And I wouldn't change back. The staff is so friendly. They treat you like family! There are times when it's a little crowded but certain days and times just like anywhere else. They have great customer service, bilingual and on most days.. yummy popcorn! If you need to open a new account I definitely recommend coming in here. Ask for Michelle or Emma or Marlyn... or whoever. They're all great!
Good place to bank for students. There is absolutely no fees! They are also extremely helpful especially Marlen & Tracy. They go out of their way to educate me on how banking and credit really works!

This is the best banking facility I’ve had in all my years of banking!! The staff is friendly, I’ve seldom had to wait long in the line. Since I travel around quite a bit, they’ve always informed me of their sister banks available in the vicinity.
