Called ahead for repairs to a trailer. Once I arrived they tell me they don't work on trailers (they said they do on the phone) because they don't have room in the shop. Tried to explain that my trailer is actually smaller than most trucks but they wouldn't listen. Terrible customer service.
They had the parts I need it for my truck on hand and they have good hours very happy with the service I got
