Thankful, Grateful and Appreciative for DR. Sebai. Once I started seeing him as a patient everything else didn’t matter because I knew he would be the perfect doctor for me. As my Rhumotalogy doctor he gets to the bottom of my issues and finds the right medicine for me and the right care. As a physician myself I know how important communication and organization are in patient care. My initial interaction with this clinic was positive. I was told that scheming could possibly occur within 2 weeks to receiving medical records and a referral. My PCP was prompt in sending the requested documents. I provided my information including insurance to the receptionist. I waited 3 weeks and called weekly. I kept being told they had no record of me and the attitude of the receptionist was uncaring. Dr.Le is the best very caring
I've been coming to this practice for about 25 years. I started seeing Dr. Sebai when he started with Dr. Boling and he's been my doctor ever since. I feel like I've grown up with Dr. Sebai. He's taken great care of me. I can't complain. Great bedside manner and has always helped when I've had a concern. Ive referred many people here and they've also really liked the other doctors here as well. Its a great practice.
The receptionist leaves you waiting on line for more than 20 minutes. The other day I called from the 2nd floor, she simply put me on hold because she wants to. She really needs to pay attention to the patient. I don't know how they have someone like that at reception.
