They have the worst receptionist ( dyed blonde hair). This post is intended for the office management although I doubt they will do anything by the looks of their receptionist . I went with an elderly there recently. The receptionist doesn't know how to respect elderly or non elderly. She simply act rude disrespectful as if patients are bothering her and there to waste her time.it appears in her body language tone and rude manners. I can tell she had some issues in her life but if she can't stay professional at work I guess ... read more

This was an awful experience! The office staff and nurse practitioner make you feel like you are wasting their time! No customer service skills or professionalism was noted. Was sent home after being charged a copay for which I was told my labs were not complete. On my 2nd visit I was given a refund as they were unable to locate my labs only to drive home and getting an almost immediate call back saying my labs were found and I needed to reschedule. Made an attempt to reschedule only to be told my labs were missing once agai... read more

Thankful, Grateful and Appreciative for DR. Sebai. Once I started seeing him as a patient everything else didn’t matter because I knew he would be the perfect doctor for me. As my Rhumotalogy doctor he gets to the bottom of my issues and finds the right medicine for me and the right care. It doesn’t matter weather it’s for meds, Therapy, X-Rays or MRI right down to bloodwork this man will find the problem and help you understand what is going on in your body. He has excellent bedside manner and takes a close look at things s... read more

As a physician myself I know how important communication and organization are in patient care. My initial interaction with this clinic was positive. I was told that scheming could possibly occur within 2 weeks to receiving medical records and a referral. My PCP was prompt in sending the requested documents. I provided my information including insurance to the receptionist. I waited 3 weeks and called weekly. I kept being told they had no record of me and the attitude of the receptionist was uncaring. First impressions are ev... read more
