Horrible place!! The doctors are horrible, the staff is horrible. I've seen multiple people and they are equally as bad. The office staff doesn't give the impression that they care about ythe doc/ therapists and for sure the docs/therapists are frustrated and it shows with the staff. I went to the Moreno Valley location and Sheri G basically told me about therapist Terry Porter. I'm not the first patient he lost and i won't be the last. If I could I would give them 0 stars
careless staff they referred me to do a LAB test in a nearby medical center and promised to give me a call to come and pick it up. 12 days have elapsed and i never heard back from them, and as a physician i know that my done test does not take more than 2 days to have the result back, i called them 2 times to follow up, they told me we did not receive anything yet! then i called the LAB department in the hospital , they told me they have released the result right away 2 days after taking the sample, i called them for the thi... read more
