Extremely unprofessional service! Continuously rescheduled my appointment without letting me know! Cancelled my mental health appointment as I was driving to the building! Save your time and energy & seek help anywhere else.
Terrible customer service
I am extremely disappointed with my experience here. I was already driving to my appointment when I was told it was cancelled because the doctor left early, I was rescheduled, which is slightly frustrating but overall I understand things happen. but despite requesting an in-person appointment, I was scheduled for a virtual visit instead and wasn't notified until the day before. Phone service is awful dealing with it for over 3 years. I'm never able to talk to front office. I get frustrated and anxious. They leave me on hold for ever or they never get my birthday correct. Or I give them my information and then they put me hold don't come after 6 mins I hang up and call back. I always go to Rancho office I love Dr Reddy and Pham I know their schedule the girl was trying to send to chino to see Pham. They are horrible. I finally got my appts made today. The customer service sucks truthfully. Every time they just put me on hold say they don’t understand me, or they have accents and I truly truly try with them but they’ve hung up on me before. They might be the reason I don’t stay longer because it makes the experience worse.
