I had a very good experience with Dr. Reddy and truly believe he is an excellent doctor. Unfortunately, the answering service completely overshadows that experience and is the worst customer service I’ve encountered. The answering service frequently places patients on hold for long periods of time and is unable to answer even basic questions.
