Avoid establishing care. Psych are quick to give you meds but wont give you time off for medication adjustment. And when they do suggest it, back office never calls you to provide note. Language barrier with all of them. It takes multiple calls, complaint to management and supervisor for anything to get done. And even that, still hadn't gotten my note. I am very disappointed with my experience with Valeri, the office manager. I believe patients, particularly those with ADHD or other neurodivergent conditions, should be treated with patience, professionalism, and respect when communicating about issues that affect their care.
