Somehow they lied to Google and convinced them to take my other complaint down! This is the worst customer service I've ever experienced! Last time I made a review they said they wanted me to email them so I did. They never replied! Worse…They have a call center in India who cannot talk to the office, the first time which were rude and hung up on me, the second time she was very nice but had no clue what I was talking about with an on-call doctor. My experience with Dr. Marcia Bernard has been extremely disappointing. From the very beginning, I felt like just another name on a list rather than a patient who actually needed care. She doesn’t take the time to listen or understand concerns, and instead of providing real support, she seems more focused on rushing through appointments. There’s a clear lack of empathy and genuine interest in helping patients. I’ve felt dismissed. Do not come here!!
My doctor doesn't seem to care too much about what is going on. It's a fast in and out apt. Also the call system they use is awful.
I have been seeing Dr. Puchakayala for several years and she is incredibly kind and skilled. Highly recommend.
Prompt and courteous response to canceling an appointment, and was able to reschedule us immediately. Very satisfied.
