Terrible! No help or support and will have to look for another place of business. I have called many times to get my prescription resent to the pharmacy since I was told it was not sent in. This is my first time ever utilizing this group’s services and each time I call in which has been at least 5 times now over a span of a week I get sent to a disconnected number and no support from anyone “in-office”.
I had a great experience with Dr. Fady. I was taken before my appointment time and the session was quick and to the point. Dr. Fady made me feel comfortable and heard.
