This review is based on 20 years experience with this company. I have lived at one of their properties for half of my life. In 2017 a rental became available on the same property I grew up on. I was able to rent the unit with no issue. I have lived in this unit for 5 years now. I have excellent payment history with them. My parents that have lived on this property for 20 years have excellent payment history.
