This was the second time today I tried calling this office both times I was on hold for more than 20 minutes. Always behind schedule by 15-30 min every time I went there while sick or for check ups. And now they got a new system or whatever. Don’t recommend what so ever.

All attempts to call this office result in wait times of at least 15 minutes! What gives?!? I like my doctor but this practice has gone down hill quick.

Hands down worst doctors office I've ever dealt with. Phones are always busy, you get hung up on after waiting on hold for 15 min, they don't call you back when they say they will and they have no concern or a care in the world for their patients. I wouldn't even give this place one star. DO NOT BECOME A PATIENT HERE, and if you are get out now. Terrible place.

By answering the phone. Been on hold for 20 minutes so I hang up and try again the phone is busy. Since this office moved to the Concourse, the service went down hill 100%. No place to park also. Can't get a hold of anyone.

Many occasions I call, put on hold for a long time.. Then I hear a ring and then a fast busy. Hang up, redial to be put on hold and now a forever ring!

Don't walk but RUN AWAY!! Been a patient for a long time. NOT no more!! phone system has been messed up for months. 45 mintues trying to call today, still never got threw. They are months out and WILL NOT SEE YOU ANY TIME SOONER, IT DOES NOT MATTER WHAT THE ISSUE IS!! It was not this bad till about about a year ago. The receiptionist will tell you that you are better off to go to the E.R. My dog has better health care! ZERO STARS

The people at the front desk are great, it’s beyond the desk that’s not so great. They never get me in in time when I’m sick. They are bad at getting back to me in a timely manner. I have to wait a long time for medicine renewals. They never read medical history before I go in it’s like I’m a new patient every time. I feel like a lowly commoner when I’m there.

Telling my husband that he needs to wait a month to fax his records to his pcp who he is following to a new office. This is a load of bull. I've had my records transfered in under an hour.
