Ever since I changed my physician I had to change to optum and things have never been so hard for me with authorizations and to call their office is another frustrating task their wait times are long I end up letting go of referrals to not deal with them so basically letting go of my health this group has truly been horrible but since its so hard to get a good dr on medical I havent been able to change this group so basically I need to choose between this good physician and have my last group that I had no issues with or dea... read more

So far i havent had issues w getting approved my Dr moved fast and as was driving home when I received a call for appointment, due to emergency they gave me same wk appointment. My son’s app is tomorrow, hope all is good

The doctor was pretty rude and rigid. Overall, a pretty bad experience interacting with him

!!YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO FILE FOR AN APPEAL IN COURT IF THEY ARE NEGLECTING YOU! !!CALL THE CALIFORNIA HEALTH MANAGEMENT BOARD AND ASK FOR ASSISTANCE & REPRESENTATION! The worst interactions on my life with anything at all medical or otherwise. They do no to answer the phone at any hour or date, they do not call back, but if they do, it rings once and they hang up. They need to be taken to court.

If you actually get someone to answer the phone, they tell you what you want to hear and then DO NOTHING!! They don't approve referrals that your doctor refers you to, but where THEY think you should go. It's a joke to them. If I could give a negative rating I would.
