I thought your new lady (was it Gayle??) was very sweet and a good hygienist, I was surprised that she didn't use the waterpik scaling thing. Is that a personal choice for hygienists? Just curious.

I gave a 3 star instead of a 5 star since the dentist who was on duty was no where to be found during my hour at your offices. The hygienist, Michelle, looked for him numerous times and couldn't find him. So, I had to make another appointment to come back just so he could review my xrays and look in my mouth. This is what I call a waste of my time. Michelle is a very good hygienist.

Have usually been happy but this time I was very disappointed. I was there for over an hour with things I did not expect. I had seen Dr. Sahl & I liked him very much a few months ago. The hygienist this time said he had measured incorrectly & proceeded to measure again. She wants to do a deep cleaning in 3 months even after I told her I had seen Dr. Sahl.
