Soy latina y vivo en California y tome mis controles prenatales con la doctora Patel y no recomiendo este lugar a las futuras mamás que apliquen para medical les recomiendo otro lugar porque está dictara le falta mucha humanidad y profesionalismo con sus pacientes, siempre que voy todo el tiempo es de afán, le hago preguntas acerca de mi embarazo que me preocupan y no contesta lo que uno necesita para sentirse tranquila, siempre dan las citas a una hora y lo atienden 40 o 45 minutos después, les recomiendo 100%otro lugar que... read more

Dr Patel and staff are sadly the most worst office I’ve ever encountered. I decided to try this OB when I became pregnant. Not a good experience for prenatal care. Some appointments took so long and not taken in when actually scheduled. The appointment with dr itself was less than 5 min. I only ever got to see my baby once through ultrasound. Dr failed to tell me she wouldn’t actually be delivering my baby at Pomona Valley hospital. So residents delivered my baby. Dr did not want to do postpartum care and just kept referring... read more

This was the worst appointment of my life. I felt unseen and unheard. Dr. Patel had no interest in hearing anything that I had to say or any questions or concerns that I had during my consult. My appointment was booked wrong in the first place. I had to move around there schedule three times. I waited 50 minutes and saw the doctor for all of 2 minutes. I had never had a doctor treat me with such little care. Dr Patel saw me for a total of five minutes. She had a student with her and didn't ask if I was comfortable with that. She put gel on my belly and basically told me she didn't think I was actually pregnant. Several times she kept repeating that I probably wasn't pregnant. She sent me to get a better ultrasound which I had to pay almost two hundred dollars for.
