so lazy! I just went in there and it felt like she was rushing. saw me for like 30 seconds no hi or nothing just dry swabbed my vagina and just said that she’ll take it to the lab and to keep taking probiotics. She literally sucks. Don’t come here.

Dr. Patel is a good doctor, which is why it saddens me to write this review. I value my time and anyone else’s time. First, I was called and told that my appointment needed to be rescheduled. So of course I had no choice. Then, I arrived 15 min before my appt and waited 40 minutes before I was brought into another room only to wait again. I explained that I had another appt at 12 and had a 20 min drive. I’m not pregnant, I just needed to speak with her for hormonal purposes as I am desperate need of a good nights sleep. I see alot of people speaking about the wait time how the doctor takes alittle bit of time with patients, 1. You wait anywhere you go. This isnt a fastfood place where youre expected to have your order when you get to the window , she is a doctor seeing many patients a day , whatever your concerns are you tell her assistant and she addresses before the doctor comes into the room, shes a very busy doctor because she is a very good in my opinion atleast. I came for a procedure that is preventative. The staff did not bill my procedure incorrectly, which caused me to have a bill of hundreds of dollars. When I called the office, the staff claimed they billed it as preventative but after contacting the lab, the lab said they billed it wrong. Do not come here.
