This was the worst appointment of my life. I felt unseen and unheard. Dr. Patel had no interest in hearing anything that I had to say or any questions or concerns that I had during my consult. My appointment was booked wrong in the first place. I had to move around there schedule three times. I waited 50 minutes and saw the doctor for all of 2 minutes. I had never had a doctor treat me with such little care. Dr Patel saw me for a total of five minutes. She had a student with her and didn't ask if I was comfortable with that. She put gel on my belly and basically told me she didn't think I was actually pregnant. Several times she kept repeating that I probably wasn't pregnant. She sent me to get a better ultrasound which I had to pay almost two hundred dollars for. so lazy! I just went in there and it felt like she was rushing. saw me for like 30 seconds no hi or nothing just dry swabbed my vagina and just said that she’ll take it to the lab and to keep taking probiotics. She literally sucks. Don’t come here.
Dr. Patel is a good doctor, which is why it saddens me to write this review. I value my time and anyone else’s time. First, I was called and told that my appointment needed to be rescheduled. So of course I had no choice. Then, I arrived 15 min before my appt and waited 40 minutes before I was brought into another room only to wait again.
