Built exactly what I needed & charged a fair price!
Took my laptop in to be repaired after being dropped. It was no longer charging or even powering up when plugged in. I had tested the cord prior to taking it to Inland and the cord appeared to be good. I got a call a couple of days later and they told me that the "smart" portion of the cord was bad, and that they had plugged a different cord in to the laptop and it powered up and charged just fine. Will definitely comeback when I have more problems with my computer.
I was frustrated with their "service". My computer crashed and it was still under warranty. I thought somehow they were the representatives of the Toshiba company. They didn't reassure me. They said they would have to send for a new hard drive if it's the problem of the hard drive and it would cost nothing since the warranty was still active. In the end , they held the computer for a week, then made me pay the diagnostic fee for things I had known myself and told me to send it back to Toshiba company, which is going to cost ... read more
