I recently worked with IBK on a kitchen renovation. We called on IBK because they had previously redone a bathroom for us - we were pleased with that whole experience. Again this time, the entire team was pleasant to work with, skilled, detail oriented and clearly desired we be 100% happy with the final project. The hunt for a sink to fit our existing countertop was a challenge but they found the perfect sink! We couldnt be happier with how the project turned out! I look forward to working with IBK again on future projects.
What I initially thought was a crack in the ceiling sheet rock turned out to be the previous owner took out a support wall to make the living room & kitchen an open-concept floor plan. Unfortunately, they didn’t get a permit and inspection. They did a DIY job with no understanding of the stress put on the 2” x 4” left to support the roof. I was afraid to walk under it. Kevin and his crew are fantastic to work with. Communication is always clear and professional, and it’s obvious they truly care about the quality of their work. Highly recommended for any remodel—definitely worth a visit!
It all started with us stopping by late on a Friday afternoon without an appointment, Kevin was gracious enough to let us in and discuss the changes we were interested in. From there thru the completion of the project we couldn't be more pleased. The crew were friendly, sociable and very professional. The glitches and changes were handled in a timely manner. We couldn't more pleased with the final outcome.
The personnel working to remodel both the guest and master bathrooms were very dedicated to doing a fantastic job. They were polite and worked together to turn our 26+ year old bathrooms up to date.
