I contacted an individual that I assumed is the owner. (Sam) I’m always leery of organizations that are supposed to be legitimate, when they answer the business phone by just saying “hello?” I explained the reason for my call (to inquire about buying one of their advertised vehicles. Hello l just brought a lexus about a weeks ago when I test drive it was very nice only light was on was the air pressure sensor so after one week driving home the check engine light came on when I got home l called sam he answered told me to bring it back to him when I took it back l that he was going to let the mechanic check it out. I purchased a 2007 acura tl from this place, and the car was very clean inside and leather was is good shape. Sam was very accommodating, and made the overall buying experience great.
I had an appointment set days prior to test drive a car and was ready to purchase I drive 50 mins out to this dealership and no one’s there. I call Sam to which the car I’m supposed to test drive is not at the deal ship it was getting maintenance on as of yesterday. I got no text of the maintenance or what was wrong with the vehicle no change of date or anything.
