Been here this year makes 3 years and renewing this month. Wanted to say how amazing Dwight and Jessica and Mr Tony the service manager are. They are professional, kind and it seems Jessica and Dwight always here to help. I really appreciate how they meet people where they are and provide great customer service! Here’s to another year!
Big shoutout to the management and maintenance teams — they are consistently kind, responsive, and incredibly helpful. I’ve lived here for three years, and I can confidently say that Inkwell is one of the best apartments in the area. The staff truly care about residents, and it shows in how quickly and professionally everything is handled. Highly recommend!!!

We’ve been living here for 7 months and it’s been horrible. Management has shown promise at times but when there’s constantly something going wrong, you can’t help but think they literally do not care. When we moved in, the unit was filthy (the cleaning crew either didn’t actually come or didn’t care to give effort) and had a German cockroach infestation.
