Big shoutout to the management and maintenance teams — they are consistently kind, responsive, and incredibly helpful. I’ve lived here for three years, and I can confidently say that Inkwell is one of the best apartments in the area. The staff truly care about residents, and it shows in how quickly and professionally everything is handled. Highly recommend!!!

We’ve been living here for 7 months and it’s been horrible. Management has shown promise at times but when there’s constantly something going wrong, you can’t help but think they literally do not care. When we moved in, the unit was filthy (the cleaning crew either didn’t actually come or didn’t care to give effort) and had a German cockroach infestation. EDIT: -> They are responding to google reviews instantly, but even now when I tried to reach them once more through email/phone multiple times still I don’t receive responses from them. Had the worst experience with their leasing office. Tried to reach out to them multiple times and nobody answers calls or responds to emails even after several days.
