I was quoted a price to print funeral programs. When I picked them up, the price had gone up 50%. The older man working there was not fun to deal with, and wouldn't discuss the fact that I had been quoted a price. He accused me of lying, and even after I paid his new price, he threatened to take back the programs. Really sad behavior for a grown up.
Thank you Inkspot for being an awesome community business. I had car trouble in their parking lot and the staff helped me. They were very friendly and caring. I also did printing business with them via e-mail. The copies were perfect and they were super fast with my order.
