Absolutely terrible technology in terms of sending signable documents. Customer support clearly do not know what they are doing and do not listen to or answer clients complaints effectively. I had a PDF sent to me repeatedly that they claimed could be signed online which was not signable. I was then sent a link which also did not work. When I repeat this issue several times they just kept sending the PDF and one time they didn't even attach the PDF. Clearly outsourced customer service that is completely incompetent. Cannot access my account and was charged for an appointment that I wasn't able to access. Still can't log in do to an error on their website and multiple emails and calls have been ignored.
Ever since inkblot changed to Greenshield+ it's been nothing but hassles. Customer service are very rude and keep promising they will do something but they don't. What is up with the IT team???? We need our receipts! Now I refuse to set an appointment. My stress level dealing with this transition has been terrible I hope you guys are happy. Greenshield get your act together and do better. You can't take people's money and give them no receipt. Not everyone can afford your fees so we need help from our insurance.
