I had a very specific neck issue where my occipital nerve was creating pressure around my head for two weeks. Dr McCranels started me on a new therapy he calls Diathermy, and let me tell you the effect is immediate and very noticeable. We joked a little about how it was helping out so much and that I wished I hadn't been reluctant to try it to start with. It works so much better than my heating pad at home. I can fully endorse this type of treatment and that you should discuss it with him during your appointment.

I have been a patient of Dr. McCranels for year’s. Best Chiropractic service in Brevard. Dr. McCranels listens to his patients and treats them as needed. Always above and beyond. His new facility on Dairy Rd has ALL of the equipment needed for additional care. The staff is fantastic and accommodating to scheduling and service. Never any pressure for back to back visit like others. Highly recommend you visit and see for yourself. You will not be disappointed.
Dr. McCranels and the staff at ITS helped me through a very serious injury and although it took a couple years of care, I am back to 100% and did not require surgery or addictive medications to overcome it. I am now able to once again get into and drive my race cars, go to the gym, and overall enjoy my quality of life. They were patient, thorough, and I would recommend them without hesitation to anyone needing care.
