Signing up with IA & being a member of their 6 week program has been life changing in the best way possible. Craig Hardingham & his team are amazing. The best space where you are supported through training, environment is friendly and couches all knowledgeable and care. The smaller group classes create a comfortable space to be in your zone whilst working out along side others. I have never experienced a luxury experience in a gym set out as I have here. Also Craig’s therapy has been the most relief I have felt in my lower back that has been there 5 years. IAC is a true gem!
Craig was very thorough in my first consultation with him due to my sciatica nerve injury and within a month i was back to normal I highly recommend Craig
Highly recommend seeing Craig at IAC for injury diagnosis and effective rehab! I’ve been seeing him since mid November 2024 for a leg injury that was misdiagnosed for over 6 mths before I started seeing Craig. I went from missing two half maras because I couldn’t run 20km mileage in a week to now running 18km weeks consistently and feeling confident to sign up for a half Mara in 2025. Craig knows his stuff and has been super supportive of my running. He loves to geek out over Strava data!
Craig is an all round amazing therapist! Super informative and passionate about what he does, has made every treatment not only comfortable, but extremely pain relieving. I experienced major improvements following the very first treatment, which has enabled me to feel stronger and more capable inside and outside of the gym. Could not recommend Craig enough for his expertise and great banter!!
