Bad choice for property management. Both house and tenants not taken care on time.
Sam (Dallas Luxury Realty) has been managing my properties for the past many years. Prior to Sam it was a nightmare to manage, as the previous property manager was just only collecting the pay checks but did no work. As an out of state investor in Dallas rental properties I relied on Sam and InHouse for everything from property selection, acquisition, and ongoing property management. They assisted me with multiple duplex properties and I couldn't be more pleased with the results that I've enjoyed over the years. I actually feel like I was better off not being local and 'doing it myself' as InHouse had great local resources that enabled me to do very cost effective repairs and remodeling when needed. I highly recommend their services.
Never rent from this company. You could be the best tenant and they will still take your security deposit and some. Walk a representative through the property before your move date and document all that could be wrong. Replace it on your own because they will charge $350 for light bulbs.
