I do not recommend InHouse Property Management. I have extensive email documentation supporting my experience. My expectation was simple: when maintenance issues arose, property management would gather information, make recommendations, coordinate repairs, communicate with the tenant, and present me with a solution for approval. Seriously recommend to anyone to lease with these guys! Very responsive, helpful and prompt with maintenance requests. Sam Woods was great! He always was there if I needed anything. I had 2 years with these guys, and it was awesome.
In House Property Management is amazing they have been a pleasure working with me taking care of all my properties and tenants 10/10 would recommend them to any property investors looking for a property management in the Dallas area.
