Let me say do your research before letting anyone in your house!! We bought a hot tub off John just at a year ago, it literally has only worked for a full couple of months of the entire time we've had it. We've tried getting him back out several times, communication skills are horrible! You pay $3,000 for a hot tub you expect it to work longer than a couple of months. I recently bought a hot tub for John had some issues in the beginning with it due to contractor wiring it wrong,John came right out and fixed the issue. Not to mention I got a high quality hot tub at a great deal

I will amend the initial review as the business owner reached out to me today. Very professional and apologetic. Understood the initial frustration and guaranteed me that he would make it right. The quality of work has been great, but sounds like Covid didn't help the situation as some information was lost.

Terrible communication and all of the work was not completed. Calls and emails were never returned. Conveniently enough they collected half of the payment up front. I wouldn’t recommend them at all. Very disappointed. Especially don’t utilize them if they’re part of a home buying process where they agree to complete projects that appeared on inspections.
