Adrian and his team are the absolute best! Adrian is responsive, knowledgeable and cares about what is in his client’s best interest. He TRULY puts his clients first. He made what can be a painful process so easy! From now on I will always refer my friends and family to Adrian!!!!!!

Adrian is a gem! He won Indy's Best Realtor in Durham for doing the obvious - being the best. We set out on a journey with Adrian to purchase our first home; he was thoughtful throughout the entire process, listened to our desires and concerns, communicated honest opinions, and helped us purchase a place we are so happy to call home.

Aside from being friendly and engaging, Adrian is a true real estate professional. He considered everything from the process mechanics and negotiation position right down to the position of the furniture when we staged for sale. He and his team were a dream, everything they touched went exactly to plan, he handled to tougher negotiations and he guided us through some of the less than glamorous parts. I cannot recommend Adrian more highly. He is an absolute pleasure to work with and very knowledgeable of the local market. It wasn't luck that landed us our dream house in a very competitive market, but Adrian's diligence and strategic approach. We had a lot of specific requests of what we were looking for and Adrian showed patience, understanding, and a sincere interest in making sure we got the house we wanted. He was also very communicative throughout the entire process; we never waited for a response.
