I love the doctor, but trying to get an appointment is a nightmare. I don't know if they changed their system or what, but every time I try to call, there is a 20+ person wait list on the phone. I tried multiple times during the week. I even requested an appointment online, but have not heard back. If I cannot get an appointment within the next week, I may have to seriously consider changing doctors.
She is very approachable and spends whatever needed time with the patient I appreciate it
It blows me away that a doctor would take on so many patients that she can't even see them for 3 months. I have anthem blue cross. We pay good money for that. Not for 3 months wait to be seen. Whatever it is will have give away or killed you by then.
