Dr. Schmidt is the worst psychiatrist. I sued her for medical malpractice and won a settlement in the case. I was a victim of domestic violence and she refused to believe that the guy was abusing me. And believed him that my injuries were self inflicted. She ended up participating with him to terrorize me after I filed for divorce and obtained a protective order. So I sued her and after proving the bruises where caused by him, won the case.
Dr. Schmidt helped me a ton with my anxiety and depression during a really difficult time. She taught me many practices to use on a daily basis that have been very helpful since. She also helped me manage my medications and made some adjustments that have improved my well being.
