Great counselor- I thought for my culture not need it . But she is so profesional, she let me see aspect of my live that I didn't realize. Her knowledge teach me so much in my daily live.

I cannot speak highly enough of Ingrid Sanchez! She is compassionate and so knowledgeable and met me where I was emotionally. I saw her in person for EMDR therapy once a week for about 13 months. She helped me work through childhood and adult trauma issues and toward the end of our time together she helped me set up a "future template" to help me be ready for some major changes that were coming up in my life. My experience has been very good with my therapist. I’ve been seeing her for a few years now and can honestly say that we have established a trusting relationship in which to work on my various issues and concerns.

Ingrid is an amazing therapist who I would highly recommend to anyone looking for someone who is easy to get along with! You can tell she takes her job seriously and respects her clients, but she is a lot of fun to work with as well. In my time with her, she has made sure I am comfortable, and she lets me decide what our sessions will look like, with guidance when needed or asked for.
