We have been going to Dr. Hillard for close to 30 years. Love her!
Good help is hard to find, I hate to give such a low score because Dr Hillard is one of the best doctors, but her staff(one female in particular is just soo unprofessional, and spiteful) why lash out at people you don't even know. Truly, I hate to deal with her cause I know nothing is going to get done, and my prescription got altered the last time I went for services there. I have missed seeing my therapeutic optometrist, Dr. Hilliard, due to awful COVID. I can't wait to get my annual exam this year! I just love the way Dr. Hilliard seems to get hyped, the more complex the eye situation is. She has taken my complex vision needs and aligned them perfectly to my job which requires 8-14 hours of computer work, per day. I can see better than co-workers and family members who are at least 20-30 years younger than me! I have referred friends who also love the care she gives. Great doctor!!
