I spend a lot of time waiting to see the doctor, and she spends very little time trying to figure out my issues. She just keeps prescribing me one medicine after another to treat my symptoms, without trying to find the root cause of my issues. Staff seems disorganized and never return phone calls.

I have been a patient for serveral years. The last few visits have been very disappointing. I am a medical professional myself, and was surprised at awaiting for over an hour before I was seen. She did not apologize for long wait and then proceeded to take a phone call, spending 10-15 minutes talking on the phone. More waiting. MD dressed in a miniskirt has and her dog was roaming free throughout office. I love dogs, however it does bring up issue with cleanliness. Not a professional atmosphere.

Dr Grafals has always been very thorough in every way. She listens and explains. There can sometimes be a bit of a delay in follow up, maybe because she does seem to have a lot of staff changes. However, even with staff changes, the office seems to run pretty smoothly. I have happily recommended Dr Grafals to friends and family.

I have been a patient of Dr. Grafals since 1998. I am fortunate to have her as my Primary Care Doctor. She is very competent and has excellent diagnostic skills. The office staff is excellent as well as the office environment.

I have a family member who has been coming here for years. As the previous person stated, there has been an alarming amount of turnover at this office. Don't bother making an 8:00am appointment cause Dr. Grafals doesn't bother showing up until closer to 9:00. Even if you call ahead just to pick something up, expect to wait at least 30 minutes. We've never waited less than 45 minutes to be seen here even though we've made regular appointments. When Dr. Grafals does finally see you, expect her visit to last less than 10 minute... read more

Disorganized office

There seems to be a lot of turn over with support staff in this office. I should not have to call 10 times over the course of two days to follow-up on a prescription renewal request. I'm now still waiting for the approval, have run out of the med. and still no response from the office. I've been without the med for 4 days. My original request for renewal was placed well in advanced online and apparently they were switching to a new computer system. That's understandable, but now It's gone beyond acceptable. Dr. Grafals is very knowledgeable and pleasant. I have been going to her for many years and would highly recommend her. She takes time to answer all questions, and is very thorough, which is a very welcome practice these days!
