sHE DID A COMPREHENSIVE EXAM ON ME, GAVE ME ALL THE TESTS THAT i NEEDED AND DID NOT JUDGE ME FOR NOT CALLING THE OFFICE FOR MANY YEARS. i HAVE BEEN OVERWHELMED WITH ISSUES AND SHE TOOK THEM ONE BY ONE AND ADDRESSED THEM WITH GREAT KINDNESS,
Have been her patient for 30 years and though I have no problem with her being direct I stop at being treated in a rude condescending manner. Said she’d call me back the next morning but she didn’t. She may have been having a bad day but that doesn’t excuse rude behavior so after 30 years I’m now searching for a new pcp.
Dr. Grafals is a top notch doctor!
After 20+ years with her, I am done. Doctor has not been present mentally, in office for some time. Big time problems are going on behind scene, this is my health, people!!!!!!!! Will go elsewhere.

I was disappointed in wait time. I waited 1 hour and 5 minutes from my scheduled appointment time. I feel this is a disrespect of my time as I am losing money taking that extra hour off from work. That is just not fair to us that appointments are not scheduled properly and we have to wait so long. I could have been working that entire hour. Instead I sat there in the office.
Dr. Grafals saved my life. A recent change of office staff has improved office experience for the better.
I have been a patient for several years as has my husband. Dr. Grafals is thorough during my appts, prevention-oriented, professional yet friendly, and good diagnostician and does not waste anyone's time. My husband was without symptoms yet Dr. Grafals ordered a stress test given his age and not having had one in years. He required a stent and it prevented a stroke. With the merger with Trinity which was challenging, I found a few receptionists not to my liking but present one is responsive
I’ve been a patient of hers for over 20 years. I am leaving her for many reasons. One, she never, ever gets back to me with important concerns. Second, the receptionist hung up on me the last 3 times I’ve called to leave a message for the dr. This is the 2nd or 3rd horrible, incompetent ‘receptionist ‘ she’s had. Also, she neglects to refill important BP medications for me. All it takes is a phone call from her to easily refill.....it is not a benzo or a narcotic for God’s sake. I am so done.
