I walk about 15-20 miles a week. I am in my mid 50s.......and I have just felt weak...despite the exercise. Went to Ingrid to maybe work out some of the tightness and weakness. She took the time to ask questions and find out what was most concerning to me or what areas I felt needed attention. Awesome massage. Woke up today and my legs feel 10 years younger. Worked out a lot of the toxins and tightness. Going back in 2 weeks. Do yourself a favor and schedule Ingrid.

Ingrid has helped me on several occasions! I was developing “frozen shoulder” a few years ago, before I’d even heard of it. Ingrid worked my shoulder several times and showed me some stretches I could do on my own and it really helped! A couple of years after that I had sudden back pain on one side, and once again Ingrid came to the rescue.
