Everyone was very professional and pleasant. I arrived 20 minutes early and I went thru the normal checkin process and had next to no wait time. I barely was seated when call in for my mammogram. Once that was completed I moved to the waiting area for my yearly appointment, wasn’t there but 5 minutes or less and was called in. Only waited a minute or two after preparing for my exam. My previous obgyn retired and I was nervous going into my first visit. Dr. Prosser and Barbara were wonderful to me. 💕
I question Dr Prossers competence in gynecological problems for older adults. A refresher course may be helpful for her related to diagnosing and treating medical conditions. I needed to seek additional opinions and management elsewhere.
