I had been a long time customer of Ingredients to Die for aka Aroma Alternatives despite the managements rudeness and ever changing "policies". They make claims that their essential oils are therapeutic grade however after receiving a batch that seemed like a synthetic they refused to give me the test results saying that they don't do them because it's too expensive. Wow! Ingredients To Die For has me speechless! I had a problem with an item that leaked and I can't believe how amazing they have been! I always cringe when dealing with issues but this whole process with Ingredients To Die For has been painless and completely enjoyable! Do not know what has happened with this company but I am so offended at how I was treated today. I have ordered from them for a few years and never had a problem until today when I inquired about an order I placed 2 weeks ago and still have not received. The email response I got was so rude and unprofessional. Very, very sad.
