Fraudulent. DO NOT USE. Wow - how did I not read these other reviews with the same problem - aurggh. Complete rip off and shocking. $3K AC ordered, paid for and never delivered. Full run around with CS, over 4 calls - disconnected, "jose is at lunch", no manager will have call tomorrow, etc - It reads/seems like they are broke and running fraudulent orders with no intention to ship products. Next time Home Depot or Amazon - huge mistake.
Would not recommend. Stay away. Buy from somewhere else. For 4 years I had a bad RunTru system made by Trane. 4 years I worked w Trane and my home warranty company to try to fix a brand new unit. It never was working right costing me thousands in electric bills, service fees, labor, freon charges, etc. Finally after 4 years Trane said to contact the distributor. I purchase and a/c air conditioner system from Ingram's water and air equipment it was a Rheem system with a heat pump paid 3,537.83 dollars for the unit upon arrival the condenser Unit was badly damage, told the company about the problem the told me to send pictures and they would file a claim with the freight company but the box was in perfect condition I have been calling the company every day just to get the run around I am under the impression that they sent me a damage unit purposely. This company is the absolute worst. They completely lost my order and have ignored all my emails for the past two weeks. When their support replied to me last, it was to tell me that they were combining my new ticket with the other ticket they never replied to. They will not refund my order or send a replacement even though they confirmed that they lost my package. They said they would file a claim with UPS and get back to me, but they never did and have ignored every one of my messages since then. It has been over two weeks... read more
