These apartments are reasonably priced and the location is awesome. The staff is very friendly and are easy to work with if you have any problems.

Have lived here going on two years now. It's right of the main drag in Republic and 10-20 minutes into Springfield depending on where you go. Appliances could be updated more and staff can be hard to get ahold of. Maintenance is very consistent I have found.
This residence includes a convenient laundry room and access to two swimming pools. Located in a peaceful neighborhood, it ensures a quiet living experience. Pets are allowed with a deposit.
I just renewed my lease. They are pet friendly, have fantastic internet as they use Fiber which has been perfect for working from home, the rent is affordable and the apartments are very quiet which is a nice change for apartments. Lisette has been working hard to update and repair the units and has been doing stellar.
We just renewed our lease for a 9th year. My wife, our dog and myself have been very happy here . The staff here has always been very friendly and helpful. Close to all needs. #Good Service
I've had a great experience living at The Fields Apartments. The apartment is well-kept and the maintenance team is quick to address any issues. I did have some trouble reaching management during a recent transition between property managers, but Katelyn, who took over, has been amazing. She's incredibly responsive, friendly, and always makes sure I have the information I need. Her efforts have made a big difference, and I feel very well taken care of here.
Maintenance is on site they are usually quick to respond Eli is amazing at what he does the units are spacious they have a pool gym and basketball court the concerns would be that it's a pet friendly property but people don't seem to pick up after their pets.
Best place I ever lived. Love living here. -David H
