I have only lived at Republic Palms for almost a year, but their speed in which they were able to get me into an apartment, that was not only exactly what I looking for in size, but also incredibly priced was next to none. The community is great, it's pet friendly and they take every precaution to make sure your pet is safe if they have to enter into your apartment for maintenance. The apartments are very nice we have lived here a long time and love it here want to stay here as long as we can it's close to every thing we need
The 2 bedroom apartments are nice and spacious. It's quite here. Really enjoy living here. The manager is always available. Maintenance gets things done but I do miss Eli. He was a great maintenance guy.
The republic palms are a great place to live. Lissette is an attentive property manager and can be easily reached if you ever have questions or concerns. Maintenance requests are responded to quickly and the apartments and the grounds surrounding them are well kept and tidy. I have lived here for 3 years and just resigned for another year!
I have been here nearly a decade and I enjoy where I call home. Its safe, quiet, friendly and just a good place to live.

I have renewed my lease for the 6th time. Polo Club Apartments has high speed internet service and basic utilities (except electric) included with the rental fee. There are laundry rooms on site, a small fitness center and pool. Smoking is not permitted inside apartment units. Harter House grocery mart is conveniently located 1 block from this residential complex. Lived here with my younger brother for the past few years. Its been awesome! Super quiet, close to town, and rent is reasonable. Its been super nice, even decided to stay after I got married. She seems to love it too!
