I just had to file a fraud claim against this company after being made aware today that a policy which was supposed to be cancelled way back in Sept 2019, and it would appear to me that somehow, which I can only imagine was by using the refund amount on the policy, or some way that I don't understand, the policy actually remained active, and nobody ever told me.
