One of my favorite places in Palm Springs
Great food, great service
Top level experience. Pre dinner cocktails in the piano bar. Escargot, tableside flaming Steak Diane and flambe desert. High end and elegant with impeccable service.
Food was not up to standards as in past. Escargot new recipe was bland and way to much flour. Beef Wellington was not a good filet, pastry crust was doughy and no flavor to the pate. Hope the new chef takes his job serious as he was not here tonight... really? 1 month and not on site. Good thing I don’t own this place. And I so loved this place in the past. I went on not knowing of all the changes. Palm Springs has lost a treasure ...best part was the Manhattan and chocolate martini

RecommendedPinnacle of a classic and classy restaurant with desert and Hollywood history, style and know how and just the right amount of sass at the bar with live music nightly. A joy to find as a tourist and now a fav spot as a desert dweller.
