Wow, it is very dissapointing to see how loyalty does not mean anything to these business owners.... privately owned and so heartless, so sorry Mr. Lerma, we used to go there for your wonderful service :(
My dad Miguel Lerma started working at Melvyns when he was in his 20's he left for a while but went back and had been working there for the last 39 years.....yesterday was his 74th birthday and what did he get.... a visit telling him he was no longer employed.....Really , could you guys not have waited for a different day . On his birthday he was let go with nothing more than a "i am sorry". He worked more than half of his life with you.
