I went to Ingles on 06/20 at 8:30pm with a severe UTI that was turning into a fever and moderate nausea. I was stuck at work all day and couldn’t get to a doctor, and miraculously found an option through GoodRx to be seen via telehealth. I came into the pharmacy thirty mins into closing and immediately could tell the pharmacist had a long day. Was picking up my prescription and my wife's was not ready. The pharmacist overheard our last name and said she was working on it now, to give her 5 minutes. I cannot imagine getting that kind of attention at a national chain pharmacy
