Normally I like to shop at Ingles, but lately, I notice things have gotten too lax among the clerks, workers, etc. Today, my heart stopped! I saw a young man filling a container with nuts without gloves. His hand was in the nuts. I froze and then decided to go to the manager on duty and reported to him. I later returned to that area and noticed the young man wore the gloves. Not only he put his hand in the bucket full of nuts, he was chatting with his friends while working. Just wanted to say BIG thank you to Ingles Morganton! Today was my son's 4th birthday. He has autism. We ordered some balloons for his party with his favorite football team. We tried 3 different stores to have them blown up with helium with no luck! Ingles was a life saver. Not only did they blow them up they did it at no charge and added ribbon. Thank you so much for your kindness. We sure had a happy little boy!
Disrespectful rude employees. The hot bar food is terrible, they probably don't have a time when they change the foods out because they almost always look like they have been sitting out all day. Always hard dry food that they serve. The cleanliness of the bathrooms are so disgusting ��. Employee's on their phones or standing around talking all the time. SMH management is just as bad. The store itself is awesome, but DO NOT use the pharmacy. There is one particular pharamisict who will treat you like an idiot, and who will get down right rude with you. He will try and tell you that the scripts will take 2-3 hours to fill so that you don't wait. He will tell you that insurance probably won't pay for it so he doesn't have to run it through.
